NY Marriage Victory Celebration at Stonewall (40 photos) June 24, 2011
It's official! Governor Cuomo signed the historic bill legalizing same-sex marriage in New York on Friday, June 24, the eve of Pride weekend. The timing may have been a coincidence, but the long-sought victory put everyone in a partying mood. The regular Friday night party Lesbo-a-Go-Go at Stonewall was mobbed with gays as well as news crews documenting the celebration. What a fabulous kick-off for Pride 2011!
