"I knew I’d never be a supermodel, so comedy seemed like the second best thing!" says funny lady Fortune Feimster. Born and raised in small-town North Carolina, Feimster is a full-time writer, performer and pop-culture commentator on E!'s late-night talk show Chelsea Lately with Chelsea Handler, where she's known for her hilarious impressions of Khloe Kardashian, Christina Aguilera and Honey Boo Boo Child. Feimster also stars on E!’s mocku-series After Lately, which reenacts hysterically ridiculous behind-the-scenes drama of Chelsea Lately, with A-list cameos from stars like Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon, Charlize Theron and Melissa Etheridge. A semi-finalist on NBC's Last Comic Standing and alumni of the prestigious Groundlings Sunday Company, whose former members include Kristen Wiig and Will Ferrell, Feimster also travels the country doing stand-up and motivational speaking. "I know that gay people are happy to have another person on television representing their voice and I, in turn, am happy to have their support. I just try to be myself; I don't let any one thing define me," she says. "My main goal is to just be funny and if I can be a positive influence in the process then that's icing on the cake."
