Founder, Keos Marketing Group and Nonprofit Marketing
Keo Frazier is a master of coming up with a strategy and recognizing when change is beneficial. She received a psychology degree from Cornell University and intended to go into child therapy. But "I did not have the emotional tenacity," says Frazier. She realized her skills would be useful in the business world. "Psychology is about human behavior and marketing is nothing but inspiring and manipulating how humans behave," she explains. "I chose marketing to be in the corporate world and still be able to practice and implement the things I love about psychology." After working for many high-profile clients at a Denver-based marketing agency, Frazier started Keos Marketing Group in the Mile-High City and her clients quickly recognized her expertise in guerilla marketing and social media networking. Her ability to stay ahead of the technological innovation curve while being efficient and profitable has led to her consulting with some of Colorados biggest companies. ColoradoBiz Magazine named Keos Marketing Group one of top 50 minority-owned companies in the sate. For Frazier, it is all about being ready for change. "You will fail, but always try again," she explains. "Plan, but do not stick to the plan. Strive to be better, faster and stronger."
