Hosted by Garrison Keillor, PHC features comedy sketches and music with actress Sue Scott, Tim Russell (the man of many voices), sound-effects wizard Fred Newman, Guy's All-Star Shoe Band led by pianist Rich Dworsky, Guy Noir, Dusty and Lefty (The Cowboys), and, as always, the news from Lake Wobegon.

Emmy Award-winning Paula Poundstone returns to NYC playing at the Queens Theatre in the Park Dec 3 for two side-splitting performances. Appearing on stage with a stool, a microphone, and a can of Diet Pepsi, Poundstone is famous for her razor-sharp wit and rapid fire spontaneity. She is so quick and unassuming that audience members at her live shows often leave complaining that their cheeks hurt from laughter and debating whether the random people she talked to were “plants”.

Trixie Little, The Evil Hate Monkey & Thirsty Girl Productions present Brilliant Stupidity at Southpaw Nov 11. Over-flowing with smart sexiness, the show delivers flipping, stripping, magic, glamour, contortion, aerials, singing, spanking and loads of spandex. Award-winning acrobatic burlesque super-duo Trixie and Monkey, have put together this shockingly entertaining night hosted by magician Albert Cadabra from the Ripley's Museum in Times Square; with the lithe Russian contortionist Ekaterina; The Great, Julliard-trained soprano Shelly, The Singing Siren; Mr. Gorgeous the Gentle Circus Giant ; and DJ Momotaro spinning tunes deep into the night.
