FringeNYC presents I’m Sorry, one woman’s funny, heartbreaking and bold journey to finding her voice, written and performed by Katya Lidsky. Every performance will provide awareness and donations to a non-profit organization which helps animals. Do you like me? Do you ‘get’ me? Where do I belong? A people-pleasing apologist turns animal-loving activist in an entertaining and poignant story about finding your purpose and affecting positive change. Katya Lidsky plays 16 characters– some female, some male, some four-legged – shining a spotlight on contemporary animal welfare issues while tackling the challenges of integrity and self-esteem. You have to find something to believe in before you can stop saying I'm Sorry!
