New exhibitions will celebrate the 30th anniversary of Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum. “Thirty Years of Collecting: Treasures from Intrepid’s Collections” will showcase objects related to the historic aircraft carrier Intrepid, Growler submarine, Concorde and the space shuttle Enterprise. “Thirty Years of Excellence: An Intrepid Museum Celebration” will trace Intrepid’s historic journey of being transformed from an aircraft carrier into one of NYC’s most iconic cultural institutions.
