The Parade of Boats kicks off the Waterfront Alliance's annual Heroes of the Harbor award gala held at The Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers. The public is cordially invited to a free, narrated viewing of this marvelous and exciting flotilla at Piers 61 and 62, Hudson River Park.
